Sautéed Mushrooms With Sage.🥄 —2 cups chopped of your favorite mushrooms. —2 tbsp. grass fed butter. —1 tbsp. chopped sage. —1/2 diced scallion. —1/4 cup of chicken stock. —salt&pepper.

Chicken Soup With Veggies🥕🥬 —4 cups of chicken stock (homemade is best). —4 carrots cut into 1/4 inch coins. —2 stalks of celery cut into 1/4 inch pieces. —1 Shallot.

—1 bunch of lacinato kale.

—salt and pepper.
